By accessing and using QuickList ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that: • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password • You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

QuickList provides an automated service for submitting and managing product listings across multiple platforms. The service includes: • Product information submission • Automated distribution to partner platforms • Performance tracking and analytics • Management dashboard access We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable • We reserve the right to change our fees upon thirty (30) days notice • You are responsible for all taxes associated with the service Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in service suspension or termination.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content: • Does not violate any laws or regulations • Does not infringe on any intellectual property rights • Is accurate and not misleading • Does not contain malicious code or content

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Submit false or misleading information • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service • Interfere with the proper working of the service • Circumvent any security measures

In no event shall QuickList, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service • Any content obtained from the service • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by: • Posting the new terms on this page • Sending an email notification • Displaying a notice in the service dashboard Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
